The Madhappy x LA28 project was a brand collaboration concept that fused Madhappy’s message of optimism with the global energy of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Rooted in my hometown, this project spotlighted local athletes—not just for their talent, but for their resilience, their stories, and the way they embody the spirit of LA.

To bring their personas to life, I hand-designed icon-integrated typography unique to each athlete, visually representing their journey as a Local Optimist. This collaboration extended beyond apparel—it was about community, mental health awareness, and the intersection of sport and storytelling. By blending design, personal narratives, and Madhappy’s uplifting ethos, the project aimed to celebrate LA’s homegrown talent and the optimism that fuels them, all while building excitement for the 2028 Games.
